Some features are missing in the App Store version.

The App Store requires apps to run inside a security sandbox that restricts access to process data and the full filesystem. Features like top processes and the folder size browser are only available in the direct-download version.

How do I activate my license key?

Open MacVital, go to Settings → License, paste your key and click Activate. Your key is delivered by email immediately after purchase.

I lost my license key.

Email us with the address you used to purchase and we will resend it.

MacVital is not showing data after launch.

Make sure you have granted any permissions the app requested on first launch. You can review permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

What macOS versions are supported?

MacVital requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. It runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

How do I uninstall MacVital?

Drag MacVital from your Applications folder to the Trash. To remove all data, also delete ~/Library/Application Support/MacVitals/ and ~/Library/Preferences/com.thegrafico.MacVitals.plist.
